Dan Egger-Belandria created New World Synergy to support organizations that value global diversity and cross-cultural awareness as an educational business strategy. He draws from a wealth of professional and personal experiences to make New World Synergy a unique resource for adults and youth alike, both in English and Spanish. New World Synergy celebrated 10 years of operation in 2010, having "made a difference" in companies such as Qwest, Fujitsu, Sun Microsystems, Swedish Medical Center, Wells Fargo, Coors, StorageTek, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Ventana Medical Systems, AmeriCorps, as well as hundreds of schools, non profits and youth organizations. Dan’s continued success is due in part to his vibrant, authentic communication style combined with creative program design ideas. Most importantly, he is committed to educating, unifying and bridging connections with audiences.
Dan's passion for travel and multicultural adventure plays an important role in his work. He has lived and studied abroad in Venezuela, Spain and the U.S., and traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean and South America. These combined living and traveling experiences help make New World Synergy much more than conventional diversity training and multicultural performance; clients and educators continually comment that Dan's unique background adds value and perspective to his work. Domestically, he has lived in New York City, Newark, Chicago, Saint Louis, Denver and Miami and worked in various corporate communications roles for The McDonald's Corporation, The Quaker Oats Company and MindSight Business Communications. Dan earned a master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a bachelor's degree in English and Spanish from Saint Louis University. He now resides in Austin, Texas.
